SKB Banka Grows at Double-Digit Rates
Ljubljana, 7 March - SKB banka, a top-5 Slovenian bank, posted a pre-tax profit of EUR 21.6m for 2006, up 13% year-on-year, while total assets grew by 11% to EUR 2.25bn. "Last year was tough but we are pleased as we carried out the euro project very successfully and managed to set a trend that shows positive results," chairwoman Cvetka Selsek told the press on Wednesday.
