Slovenian Foreign Ministry Doubts Success of Peace Plan

Ljubljana, 25 May - SLOVENIA/BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA/UN
In its statement on the joint action programme for a peaceful solution to the crisis in Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Slovenia expressed doubts in the sincere intentions of the peace-plan signatories. "We are not convinced that the peace-plan fully ignores the policy of fait accompli and that it really prevents the territory gained by the use of force from being preserved."
