Slovenia and WTO - A Paralyzed and Uncertain Organization

Ljubljana, 3 January - Slovene daily Dnevnik (Ljubljana) writes about the position of Slovenia in the new World Trade Organization, which superseded the former General Agreement on Trade and Tariffs. In its article entitled "A Paralyzed and Uncertain Organization", Dnevnik writes in its Tuesday issue that Slovenia is a founder-member of the WTO, but this status is rather relative, since none of the important trade powers appeals to it.
