Population of Slovenia Still under 2 Million

Ljubljana, 3 January - In the middle of 1994, Slovenia had a population of 1,988,850, of which 964,113 were men and 1,024,737 women, the National Office of Statistics reported. The number of Slovene citizens was slightly lower - 1,968,161.
