Ljubljana, 19 March - Anton Guzej, director general of public broadcaster RTV Slovenija, and Lovro Loncar, the secretary general of the National Assembly, signed an agreement on Monday that paves the way for the launch of a TV channel devoted to live coverage from parliament.
