Santer Calls for Future-Oriented Berlin Declaration
Ljubljana, 20 March - Jacques Santer, the former president of the European Commission, believes that the Berlin Declaration, a part of the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the EU, should be oriented towards the future and clearly tell EU citizens why the bloc is the right answer to the challenges of the 21st century.
