Jankovic: Ljubljana Should Be an Independent Province

Ljubljana, 20 March - The first signs of a power struggle are emerging across Slovenia just a week after the government unveiled its first proposal on the establishment of provinces. While the Ljubljana mayor wants the capital to become an independent province, other regions could have problems agreeing where the new provinces will be based.
