Abolition of Anti-Graft Body Ruled Unconstitutional

Ljubljana, 3 April - The Constitutional Court has ruled that the abolition of the independent Commission for the Prevention of Corruption with the act on the incompatibility of holding public office with a profit-making activity is unlawful.
