Maribor Hospital to Be Upgraded to University Hospital by 2013

Maribor, 24 April - Splosna bolnisnica Maribor, the general hospital in Slovenia's second largest city, is to be transformed into a university hospital in line with a decision adopted by the government last week. The step was labelled on Tuesday by the hospital's director, Gregor Pivec, as official recognition of the hospital's development plans in the past decade.
