Competition Watchdog Approves Lasko's Acquisition of Delo
Ljubljana/Laško, 24 April - The Competition Protection Office (CPO) approved on Thursday beverage group Pivovarna Lasko's acquisition of newspaper publisher Delo. Pivovarna Lasko, which launched its bid to acquire all of Delo in early April, received the decision on Tuesday, the company said in a press release.
