Court Calls Public Hearing on Municipal Funding Law

Ljubljana, 24 April - In a rare decision, the Constitutional Court has decided to call a public hearing as it considers the constitutionality of the new act on the funding of municipalities. The parties involved in the challenge will be able to present their opinions to the court on 17 May.
