Constitutional Court Does not Stay Religious Freedoms Act

Ljubljana, 25 April - The Constitutional Court said on Wednesday that it would not stay the religious freedoms act pending its ruling on the legislation. The request for staying the act was filed by Miha Jenko, a councillor at the upper chamber, who believes that the act violates the principle of equal treatment of religious communities.
