Privatization Programme of Litostroj Approved

Ljubljana, 9 January - SLOVENIA/ECONOMY/PRIVATIZATION
Slovene Agency for Privatization approved, on 5 January, the Litostroj concern ownership transformation plan. Litostroj had started the preparative work for ownership transformation as soon as at the beginning of 1994 and filed the programme in June 1994. The agency demanded, in accordance with the law, certain corrections to the programme, and Litostroj met the demands, wrote the concern in a press release on Monday.
