Minister: Intel Agency Did not Report Black Fund to Govt

Ljubljana, 10 May - Justice Minister Lovro Sturm said on Thursday that the Slovenian Intelligence and Security Agency (SOVA) did not report to the government about the existence of the agency's black fund. The fund had money that did not come from the budget, Sturm told the press.
