Kucan Says PM Trying to Subjugate the Judiciary

Ljubljana, 22 May - Former President Milan Kucan believes that the scandal surrounding the Slovenian Intelligence and Security Agency (SOVA) is an indication that the prime minister wants to subjugate the judiciary. By saying that the culpability of the former SOVA director is 100% provable, Janez Jansa is exerting inadmissible pressure on the prosecution and the judiciary, Kucan said on Tuesday.
