Slippery Cat Celebrates 50th Birthday
Ljubljana, 6 June - One of the most popular children's fictional characters in Slovenia, Muca Copatarica (Slippery Cat), is celebrating its 50th birthday this year. To mark the jubilee, publisher Mladinska knjiga will display illustrations from Ela Peroci's story about the cat that comes to take away slippers from untidy children.
