HSE Offered Alliance in Purchase of Bulgarian Plant, Reports Say
Ljubljana, 13 June - Russian group En Plus owned by Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska has offered Slovenia's largest power producer HSE a partnership for financing 49% of its acquisition of the Rousse coal power plant in Bulgaria, dailies Dnevnik and Finance write on Wednesday.
