Rupel Says EU Kosovo Policy Changing

Brussels, 22 June - Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel has said that EU foreign ministers meeting on the sidelines of the EU summit in Brussels have urged a more responsible position regarding Kosovo's future. Pending a decision on its status, the EU is to invite officials from Kosovo and Serbia for talks, so that this "story can be brought to a happy end", Rupel said late on Thursday.
