Gorenje to Issue Shares Worth EUR 55M

Velenje, 26 June - Home appliance group Gorenje said on Tuesday it would offer a new issue of its shares to existing stakeholders in July. The EUR 54.9m capital injection will consist of a total of 1,830,000 new shares at EUR 30 each, the company wrote in a press release.
