Ljubljana, 26 June - Russian Ambassador to Slovenia Mikhail Vanin on Tuesday downplayed the hype over the cancellation of Prime Minister Janez Jansa's visit to the Economic Forum in St. Petersburg, saying that Russia understood the decision and believed the reasons were justified.
