State Wants to Swap Preference Shares in Luka Koper

Ljubljana, 27 June - The state is seeking to transform preference shares it holds in Luka Koper into ordinary shares of the port operator. According to a press release from the company, the proposal will be put forward at the shareholders meeting scheduled for 19 July.
