Encho Gospodinov on the Role of the International Red Cross

The International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent has its delegations in 70 countries all over the world, which means that all these countries, for different reasons, need its aid. Unfortunately the number of military conflicts increases every day, thus more and more people need Red Cross' aid, told press the representative of the International Federation of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Encho Gospodinov on Wednesday.
