Strasbourg Court Brings Justice to Bereaved Parents

Strasbourg/Slovenj Gradec, 28 June - The European Court of Human Rights has ruled in favour of a Slovenian couple who claim that the Slovenian judicial system has failed to establish liability for the death of their son, which they say was a result of medical negligence.
