Srebotnik Passes First Round in Doubles

Wimbledon, 2 July - Slovenia's top tennis player Katarina Srebotnik, paired with Ai Sugiyama of Japan, advanced on Monday to the second round of the ladies' doubles of the Wimbledon Grand Slam Tournament. The 4th seeded pairing defeated the Romanian-Russian combination of Andreea Ehritt-Vanc and Anastasia Rodionova in three sets 4:6, 6:2 and 6:3.
