Minor Steelworks Owner Sells Stake, Small Shareholders Protest

Jesenice, 3 July - The management board of Lameta, a company which owns 1% of Slovenska Industrija Jekla (SIJ), has decided to sell its stake to Russian company Koks, which has recently bought a majority stake in the steel group. The decision was opposed by small shareholders at Lameta's shareholders' meeting on Tuesday and they left in protest.
