Mountaineers to Pay for Rescue Costs in Landmark Case

Ljubljana, 4 July - A local court has ordered two mountaineers who had to be rescued by the Mountain Rescue Service to pay for the costs of their rescue because of negligence that brought about them getting into trouble in the first place.
