Reggae Festival Making Comeback to Soca River
Tolmin, 4 July - After a one-year absence, the confluence of the Soca and Tolminka rivers near the historic town of Tolmin is again the venue for the popular reggae festival, Soca Reggae Riversplash. This year's event, running from Wednesday until Sunday, will feature artists from Jamaica, Mauritius, Slovenia, Serbia and western Europe.
