Portorož, 5 July - Foreign ministers from the Mediterranean EU member states are to kick start a two-day informal meeting in Portoroz on Thursday evening. The bulk of the topics will be discussed on Friday, while the Middle East peace process and a proposal to establish a Mediterranean union will be on the agenda of the working dinner.
