Barcelona Should Grow into Mediterranean Union, Ministers Agree

Koper, 6 July - Foreign ministers from Mediterranean EU countries concluded a two-day informal meeting in Koper on Friday after discussing the Middle East peace process, immigration, the EU neighbourhood policy, as well as the French idea on establishing a Mediterranean union.
