Celje, 11 July - Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak said the sale of the state's stake in Istrabenz would be carried out transparently as he visited Tus, the Celje retail group that recently launched a bid for the combined 28.23% stake that the state-run KAD and SOD funds hold in the food, energy and tourism conglomerate.
