MPs Amend Ownership Transformation of Insurance Companies Act

Ljubljana, 12 July - Lawmakers concluded their July session by passing in a 46:16 vote changes to the ownership transformation of insurance companies act, which keep the shares of insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav in the hands of the state-run KAD fund, and with no votes against the financial instruments act, needed due to compliance with EU directives.
