Croatian Official: Arbitration the Cheapest Option

Ljubljana, 14 July - A senior Croatian Foreign Ministry official has told a Slovenian paper that arbitration is the cheapest option for solving the Slovenian-Croatian border dispute. State Secretary Hido Biscevic told Saturday's Dnevnik that he was certain Slovenian-Croatian relations would take a turn for the better "the instant we opted" for arbitration.
