Slovenia's No 3 Insurer Pays Out Dividends for the First Time
Ljubljana, 16 July - Shareholders of insurance company Zavarovalnica Maribor decided on Monday to pay out the dividends for the first time in the insurer's history. The annual general meeting (AGM) saw the owners decide to allocate EUR 2.1m for dividends out of the EUR 5.79m of the insurer's distributable profit, Zavarovalnica Maribor said.
