Amnesty for Decriminalisation, Not Promotion of Abortion

Ljubljana, 17 July - Amnesty International Slovenia (AIS) responded on Tuesday to the statements of the Slovenian Bishops' Conference, which had called on it to reject the organisation's adopted policy on abortion. The NGO said that the decision was not the promotion of abortion as a universal right, instead it was aimed at decriminalising abortion.
