Ljubljana, 19 July - The parliament's EU Affairs Committee expects that the government will keep parliament up-to-date on programming guidelines and positions for the inter-governmental conference on the EU reform treaty, which starts next week, committee chair Anton Kokalj told the press on Thursday.
