Staff, Space Shortage Hinders Backlog Elimination

Ljubljana, 20 July - The Lukenda project, which is aimed at eliminating court backlogs by 2010, has produced some results, however its implementation is facing hurdles such as a lack of staff and a lack of court space and facilities.
