Brussels, 20 July - After technical-level negotiations between Slovenia, Croatia, Italy and the European Commission on Croatia's ecological and fishery zone in the Adriatic ended in failure, a European Commission spokeswoman said talks at the political level were scheduled to continue in the autumn.
