Party Joins Challenge on Smoking Ban

Ljubljana, 25 July - The opposition National Party (SNS) on Wednesday filed a constitutional challenge of the law banning smoking in public places. The party's officials labelled the law as "discriminatory" at Wednesday's press conference. The Health Ministry has already rejected the claims, saying the law does not ban smoking, but makes smokers respect the rights of non-smokers.
