Gaming Exec Fails to Convince Locals

Nova Gorica, 26 July - Jan Jones, senior executive of Harrah's Entertainment, failed to convince on Thursday civil society groups in the Gorisko region to cancel the announced referendum on the EUR 750m gaming resort, mulled by Harrah's and Slovenian partner Hit near the border town of Nova Gorica.
