Minister Annuls Controversial Call, Opposition Mulling Motion against Him

Ljubljana, 26 July - Minister of Higher Education, Science and Technology Jure Zupan annulled the selection of projects vying for public funds available for the promotion of science on Thursday, after protests from the opposition, which claims the Church and organisations close to the minister's New Slovenia (NSi) had been favoured in the procedure.
