Maribor, 28 July - A former long-term chairman of drug company Lek has revealed that Novartis failed to honour the promises it made when it took over the Slovenian company in a EUR 833m deal in 2002. What is more, Metod Dragonja suggested in an interview published on Saturday that lying was part of the business in the case of acquisitions.
