Ljubljana, 1 August - The AGM of Terme Catez, which lasted well into the night on Tuesday, saw the spa operator's shareholders backing the proposal by the state-run KAD fund that the company's supervisory board for the coming four years not include a representative of the company's biggest owner, publishing house DZS.
