Vecer: Law Will Not Prevent Children from Smoking

Maribor, 4 August - The Health Ministry expects a lot from the law banning smoking in public places, which will step in force on Sunday, although the earlier laws that were to reduce alcoholism and increase road safety with rigorous measures did not show any major improvements, daily Vecer writes on Saturday.
