Austrian Slovenians Win Expat Football Tourney

Ljubljana, 5 August - Slovenians living in Austria won the football tournament of Slovenians living abroad, defeating on Saturday the team from Argentina by 8:7. The game was decided in a penalty shootout, after the teams tied 3:3 in regulation. The match for third place was also decided in a penalty shootout, with the team of Slovenian expatriates living in Germany beating Slovenia by 6:5 (1:1 in regulation).
