Novo Mesto, 7 August - Adria Mobil, a manufacturer of touring caravans and motor homes, has acquired a 80% stake in Spanish company Sun Roller, a leading European mobile home producer, in a deal worth EUR 10m, the Novo mesto-based group said in a press release on Tuesday.
