Expert Says Interpretations of Intelligence Agency Act Wrong

Ljubljana, 7 August - Legal expert Rajko Pirnat believes that article 21 of the act on the Slovenian intelligence agency (SOVA) is misinterpreted by many as meaning that SOVA can eavesdrop on anyone if at least one of the surveyed individuals is located abroad. "This interpretation is unacceptable," Pirnat told STA on Tuesday.
