Ljubljana, 11 August - The winner of the 2006 and 2007 Tour of Slovenia Tomaz Nose has tested positive for a banned substance, the Slovenian Cycling Association (KZS) said on its website. The story has a twist, as the positive test dates back to the 2006 Tour of Slovenia.
