Tough Passage Awaiting War Victims Legislation

Ljubljana, 17 August - Nearly a year after parliamentary parties suspended talks on changes to WWII victims legislation, a motion crafted by three coalition parties has rekindled idealogical divisions over the question as to who is to be considered a victim of war violence.
