Advisor to Kosovo PM Says Province Independent in December

Ljubljana, 20 August - The Kosovo parliament will declare independence in December, after the new round of talks on the future of Serbia's breakaway province runs out in 120 days, Borut Grgic, advisor to Kosovo Prime Minister Agim Ceku, said on Monday.
