Central Hospital Points to Rise of Dementia, Need for MRI

Ljubljana, 21 August - Some 25,000 patients in Slovenia suffer from dementia and the number is rising rapidly, Anton Grad of the Neurology Clinic has told STA. As the waiting time for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scan is about one year, Grad is looking forward to a new MRI and computed tomography (CT) devices as the clinic prepares to move to a new building.
